Elevate Zambia is a youth-focused NGO working with communities, mentors, and partners to create real pathways from creativity and ambition to stable income and dignity.
We were founded to close the gap between talent and opportunity. Too many young people have strong potential but limited access to tools, networks, and practical exposure that can translate skill into income.
Our work is rooted in community realities. We collaborate with local leaders, training institutions, and industry partners so programs are relevant, inclusive, and connected to real market demand.
